Baby come home. I need to eat. Feels like years since you been here. I guess it was only a little over a week.

Yo Spaceman Jones! What up G? You hear about Darius and Gregg? I heard someone say they were planning to knockout some goat named Ned. I dont know what the fuck that’s about, but I do know this…

Dean Martin is playing Baby it’s Cold Outside. I couldn’t help but think , if that is offensive in today’s powder puff world, wait till they see The Three Books of Balance. Darius and Gregg are going to fuckin jail. #letitbeknown

So today’s dish is an Emily special. It’s a glorified side dish that is simple and sexy. Yeah baby, just like you. Mmmhmmm.

So we start with some mushroom caps. We blanch them and fill them with oyster meat, bread crumbs and gorgonzola cheese. Bake em up. Say… 350° for about 15 minutes.

Now, like everything in life, timing is everything. So you have those 15 minutes to complete the task. So… get some green beans, you know me, I like to eat fresh. Sautee then up in salt pepper and olive oil with herbs d’ Provence. The aromatics on this will have you licking your lips like its time to do tricks and get a taste.

Then in a medium saucepan, melt up about 3 tablespoons of butter. Add in about 1.5 cloves of garlic and a dash of that black love pepper. Yeah! Get it real nice and toss in a tablespoon of flour. Stir it up with a constant rigor. You’ll wait till it starts to smell like cookies and then add about a quarter cup of cream. Stir it slowly now and dash in a pinch of salt. As the sauce thickens, add in a few splashes of chicken stock. Simple as a goat on a hot day in paradise. Sexy enough to impress. Healthy enough to keep you feeling good all night. Cause Baby…. it’s cold outside!

Were there really 46 of them?

No, they just thought it sounded cool.
