Tacos de la S: A Dr. S Chronicle

1st and foremost, its mutherfukkin taco day and that’s what it is! Now… let’s keep it simple, let’s keep it authentic. Let’s add some flair. Here are the ingredients for Tacos de la S.
1/2 pound Mexican chorizo
1 pound ground beef *dont worry too much about fat content. The grease on this should be prevalent
Salt
Pepper
Ground garlic
1 large yellow onion
Combine and heat in a large pan.
Do not drain
In a separate pot, boil 6-8 large jalapenos in water and garlic salt. When the jalapenos are soft, clip the stems and add a sliced onion. White or yellow is best.
Cook down till soft and add about 1/4 cup mango juice and about 1/8 cup of Worcestershire sauce. Cook liquids down and stir accordingly.
Last step of cooking is the taco shells. In a heated pan, add vegetable oil and cook until the shells brown out and bubble like a gorgeous Hispanic lady of your liking.
Simple with an S.
